How do change the Vista-style progress bar in low-resolution system?

Dear Experts

I have some problem, I need your help.
My OS is Windows Embedded Standard 7 SP1 32bit Build 7601. My System has 800x480 low-resolutions. The vista-style progress bar is normal operation in my system because of the low-resolutions. And, the Win7Bootupdate.exe program doesn’t work in my system, maybe low-resolutions. If your system has high-resolutions of over the 1024x768, the Win7Bootupdate.exe works normally in your system.
High-resolutions system can change the boot animation and add Background image. (Edit bootres.dll and add Background image using Resource hacker or use Win7Bootupdate.exe) How do change the Vista-style progress bar in low-resolution system? How do add an image file from the black background in low-resolution system?
In order to achieve my goal which should modify the file? And How?

OK, I thought you meant via the built in abilities. So far the boot updater does have a background size limitation. Perhaps someone else can help you. A Guy
