How Do I Add Separator bar in Desktop Context Menu?

I would like to add a separator bar to the top (or anywhere) of the right-click desktop context menu. Is it possible?

The picture above shows "My Computer" at the top. Is it possible to add a separator underneath it separating "My Computer" from "View"?
