How do I create a Form in Sharepoint that saves

Hi,

I am trying to create a form in SharePoint or Excel (then import into SharePoint) that has a save progress function.

I understand you can easily create forms using Microsoft Forms in SharePoint but I need the functionality to save it for later and come back and edit the values in the future.

Please assist

They don't unfortunately. I forgot to specify I would like to do this without using SharePoint Designer / InfoPath.
