How do I Delete All network settings on Win7

Here at the office we have a very confused network. It has been setup in more than one way Homegroup and without homegroup... I beleive the computer that was the main computer on the homegroup may have went away. Then network drives were setup the old way with dos.
I just need to share a folder on one drive with 2 computers in the office and have it so everyone can read and write to that one folder and that one folder needs to update real time.

I hope to find a way to make things go back to the way they were when windows had a clean install.

You simply create folders set them as shares with everyone full control and set NTFS permissions the same then if you want you can map a drive to them
