I'm using Windows Live Movie Maker and have edited 5 or more different video's together to make 1 video to put on Youtube but am unable to fade the sound off of the original video's to add new voice over to the final video. Is it a glitch with Windows Live Movie Maker or is there something else I could do, I've tried everything available with Windows Live Movie Maker but still can't get rid of the original audio.

could you fade the audio in another program such as audacity and then add it back to the movie maker.

Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder

welcome to sevenforums.

there is also a setting to fade tracks within movie maker itself
