How do i fix sfc /scannow error?

I been having this problem for quite some time and recently my window stuck at the loading screen when i trying to boot my desktop. I was wondering if solving the error will help reduce further incoming problem. I have attach an "cbs.txt" log of the sfc /scannnow. How can i solve this problem?
