how do i install regina rexx on windows 7

I downloaded regina rexx on windows 7 (64 bit).

I need to know how to install it.

I greatly appreciate your response. Do you use REXX on windows 7 or 8.1 ? If so, which interpreter do you use and is it the classic rexx or procedural rexx versus object oriented ? Also, I am still "stumped" as to how to install any classic rexx interpreter on windows 7 or 8.1. Got any ideas ? Thanks much, Joe

I have not use REXX on Windows 7 or 8.1 Sorry about this but wish that I can help you with this. I am sure that the other members will see this and hopefully will help you with this.
