Solved How do I move user folders easily, (no clutter?)

I just bought a new laptop which originally had Windows 8 installed, but the refurbish site must have installed windows 7 before shipping.
My problem is that they seem to have done a poor job, or shouldn't have done it in the first place. My laptop has a 32GB mSATA drive which the OS is installed on to allow fast boot times, however personal folders such as my music, photos, downloads, etc are now all confined to the remaining 2 or 3GB left on the mSATA drive.
How can I move these folders to my D drive, so that when I access them via the start menu I'm directed to the D drive, and not the original location in the C drive?

I managed to get it to work, thanks!
My other problem now is due to having such a small C: drive, is it possible to have all defaults set to install, download, etc to the D: drive? or will I have to do this manually every time?

For downloading files:

All web browsers can automatically save downloads to wherever you want. You can even set the default downloads folder built into windows in your user folder to be on the other drive. Internet explorer, Firefox and Chrome all support downloading files to other places automatically. You can find this by going into the browsers settings.

In internet explorer: click tools-view downloads. Then click options in the lower left corner and choose where to save by default.

In Firefox: Under general, Save files to: Choose where to save them.

Chrome: Click the Chrome menu

on the browser toolbar. Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings and scroll down to the "Downloads" section. To change the default download location, click Change and select where you'd like your files to be saved. If you'd rather choose a specific location for each download, select the "Ask where to save each file before downloading" checkbox.

For installing programs:

You will need to instruct every program to install to the other drive. Not all installers support this however, but from now on always choose a custom install option if available.
(Any antivirus or security software install to the main C drive though.)
