How do I Protect a Flash Drive

This is something that I am always having an issue with as I carry a load of software on my flash drive. The type of work I do the flash drive needs to be used on customers PC to load software. Time and time again it gets infected with viruses and I lose the complete configuration and software stored on the drive. Each time when I use it on a customers PC and return to my office I do a virus scan and normally it will pick up at least one or two infections

I think better than USB Firewall is Panda Vaccine or Bitdefender USB Immunizer, because USB Firewall gives you second layer of security (detection) when Panda Vaccine/USB Immunizer gives you first layer - prevention. Prevention is always better than the cure.

I have installed Panda now and I did try Bitdefender but could not download it

If you have installed Panda Vaccine then no need to download Bitdefender - they do the same work.
Just Vaccinate your USB drive and thats it.
