How do I remap the axes of a gamepad?

I have a racing wheel, and currently the only way to have pressure sensitive pedals is having them both on the same axis, the y axis. Unfortunately, this means pressing them both at the same time means they cancel eachother out, and doesn't do anything. How do I remap one of the pedals to the currently unused Z axis?

Doesn't exist, and even if it did this is still a windows 7 problem, is it not?

Nope, you are having issues with a peripheral, making their products work with Win7 (and work at all) is each device manufacturer's job, not the other way around.

Still, since you say it doesn't have a forum (or you didn't find it), please post the name and model of the device ("racing wheel" is a bit too generic), and let's see what we can do. Not being a win7 issue, there is no guarantee that someone will help you fix the issue.

Was running Win Xp from a IDE drive. Yeah. Was a pain.
SATA II drive and Win7 and it zips away! Yay!
the wheel is a Sector 7 Xtreme Gaming wheel. It has a USB connector and one for a PS2 console. I don't have the driver disk, and I couldn't find the official drivers, so I've been using the windows ones.

Found nothing, not even the manufacturer's site.
Passing words to others that may know more.

In case none can help, I suggest to look around the net for people with that same gaming wheel and ask them how they made it run, or if they can send you the drivers from their driver CD (if any).
