How do I remove duplicate emails from outlook 2007

I frequently get duplicate emails showing the same date and time as the original.
Many of them have 4 -5 copies some going back a year or two.

If I delete some of the older ones, they still come back.

How can I fix this once and for all?

Thanks for the link.
I tried the Import feature and selected the No Duplicates after deleting all but a few recent emails.
Unfortunately, I got the same duplicates back. I tried it twice.

I put in a call to my ISP but I haven't heard back yet.
