After reinstalling OS, I was fiddling around to change the name of the user folder until I accidentally added network path from folder sharing option as you can see from the screenshot below:

Is there a way to remove such path or make that space "not shared" like before?

Thank you, help would be appreciated it.

It's already unchecked. More so, I haven't checked this option before I shared.

In your case that would need to look like \\KIM\Users\Kim

Although I'm not completely sure where the \back slashes went?

That isn't something you want to mess with but you knew that. :)

Are you trying to unshare the personal folders?

If so the lock showing up there on the left indicates that the folder isn't shared. It says shared but that is because it's a subfolder of the Users folder which is shared by default while the Users\Username folder is locked down by default on Windows 7, that is why you see the lock there on the top left.

You can also disable sharing by turning it off in the Advanced Sharing settings via the Network and Sharing Center.
