How do I turn on PC safeguard?

Now I use windows 7 RC, I can't see feature PC safeguard as adventise. How do I turn on it??

I think they took it out awhile back. As in it's no longer in Windows 7.

Thank you for responding However I can see this sentense in the link you showed : " Update: To the contrary, this feature has actually been removed from Windows 7 since the beta builds ". So , my windows 7 haven't this feature. That's so sad!!!!
