How Do I undeleted a file that is NOT in recycle bin?

Not totally computer savvy and I guess when I installed my SSD, I checked the option for the Recycle Bin that "Don't move files to the REcycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted". I've tried Glary Utilities, Recuva and Restoration to no avail. I haven't saved/overwritten anything yet either. Any idea would be appreciated!

It was a .docx if that matters.

What program did this docx file associate with? What ever that program was might recreate the file.
I'm surely no expert but this may or may not help.

I highly recommend changing your settings for Recycle Bin. It's nice to keep things there until you are sure they can be removed safely.

Did you or did you not try a restore point?

In Office 2010 there is possible to recover files if they are kept as a draft, you need to go to File-->Info-->Manage Versions-->Recover unsaved documents, it opens the location where a copy of drafts are saved. If there is any files choose to open and repair it, then if you want to keep it save it as Word file such as .docx.
