Solved How do you change what the Windows Explorer Folder opens up to?

When I put Windows Explorer in the Task Bar and I click it, it goes to the Libraries. Would there be any possibility to change it, to open up to the folder of your Account Name? As in the folder that has the documents, download, music, picture, and videos.
