I don't mind the heat; but I sure do not like the sandstorms.

Heat itself can be tolerable, as long as it's a dry heat.

But when you add humidity to heat - then we enter the realms of "I don't care for the/hate the bloody heat" territory.


As for sandstorms, they aren't something that I have to even consider in my present location - but if they were, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like them either

Looks nice however it is extremly humid and our heat index temp is 105 F. We are under an exesive heat warning all weekend

I tend to agree with you. Although I am used to it and I spent a lot of time in the tropics. But I prefer the dry heat of the Southwest. I just do not like the cold at all. And cold is anything below 65 F

My dream weather is 70°-80°F during the day, with low humidity,and partly cloudy, and about 50°F at night.....and it would only rain while I was asleep. Not asking for much, am I?

Born in Minnesota where it got -25 F in the winter and that was before they came up with the wind chill factor!
Today, in California, it was 104 F. They expect it to get down to 102F in the afternoon.
Just have to adapt!
