Is it possible/worth updating my GTX980 drivers on windows 7?

I have read that 474.11 is the last signed nvidia driver for windows 7, is there any way I can get the latest drivers without doing too much user unfriendly stuff? I keep getting errors thrown at me while I'm using UE4 and I want to fix it, thanks in advance.

475.14 (released in July 2024) appears to be the last Windows 7 64-bit driver for the GeForce GTX 980.

You may need to install version 391.35.
It is what I use after doing a clean install of Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit in PC's which have NVIDIA graphics.
No error or incompatibility messages. :-)
