How hot is too hot? (in the computer)

Since I've installed SpeedFan 4.45, I've noticed the CPU and hard drive temperatures will range from 90F - 133F. More typically it's 115F - 133F.

Should I be concerned with those temperatures?

There's nothing wrong with 90 or even 115 but not knowing the circumstances of the test, it's a little hard to call those temps out of range. What was running? With Windows 7, there's no such thing as an "idle" processor any more. Also, your specs say an SSD. How are you getting a temp for an HDD? If that's the SSD temp, I'd change to HWiNFO64 and see what it says. SSDs don't have temp sensors.

Usually anything below 70 degrees Celsius (185F) is considered in the green area. But that is at maximum load. At idle, 40C (104F) is more typical.
