Solved How i repair my windows startup

Hello members,pls help me my windows 7 startup not working.When i start my windows its start startup repair attempts after complete this method its show restart your computer but after restart its show again startup repairing method.
i try many method for booting my windows 7 dvd in my pc but not working.i try pressing f8 for setup and select in boot cd-rom on startup but its not working.

hey pebbly help me i try all startup repair,system restore,windows memory diagnostic method its not working
after the completing of the startup repair process i saw diagnostic and repair details its show two action failed
1.Repair action : file repair
result:failed.error code = 0x5
Time taken =4618ms

2.Repair action : Boot configuration data store repair
Result : failed. error code = 0x490
Time taken : 140ms

hello gregrocker i try your method but its not working.
when i press f8 its not show advanced boot menu its again start start repair process.
am not able to open any safe mode in my os.
i wanna save my only c drive data.if you know how i save this pls tell me.if my data i reinstall my win7 again.
if u method for save data pls help me.

i have trinity resuce kit i save my files from booting this software on my pc its save my all important files.i install windows again

It says that clearly in the tutorial if you can't use Safe Mode or F8 to Use the WIn7 installer or Repair CD for the repairs, even provides them and other bootable disks for repairs and rescue.
