how long it take to full format SONY MICRO VAULT CLASSIC 4gb

hi!

so i am in a great trouble. a friend have gave me his usb (title) to get some files

and after plugin the drive i wanted to scan the drive, and by accident (i was talking with ...) i clicked format and format the drive

so i was fu*** up, the only idea i had is to recover the data using EASUS data recovery

so after i recovered the data the USB ws fu**** up too ,,,, i mean i can't neither format it neither add a file

then i tried to flash it and 'firmware things' but after 3h no result the usb wasn't detected by those flash software

Now i was looking in a forum and find a hint wich is :

>go to disk management >click format the usb (don't chose quick format)

SO I UNCHECKED THE QUICK FORMAT (FOR FULL FORMAT)

STILL FORMATING its been 1h30min from now

so here come the QUESTION : HOW LONG IT'll TAKE TO FULL FORMAT THIS USB (not general 4gb usb's)

With 4GB it should be in the seconds range.
