To create a category of only your favorite channels

You can create custom categories—called Favorite lineups—then quickly filter the Guide to see only the channels you want.

1. On the Windows Media Center start screen, scroll to Tasks, click Settings, click TV, click Guide, and then click Edit Favorite Lineups.
2. Click Add New, type a name for your category, and then click Save.
3. Click the check box next to your favorite channels, and then click Save.
   When you return to the Guide, you can click View Categories on the left, and then click your custom category to show only your favorite channels.

ok thanks, is there any way to easily switch category between my "custom one" and "All" via the MCE Remote Control?

That would all depend on what manufacturer/model of remote that you have. What type do you have?

Do you have the manual for it?
