hi,

is there a way to block a certain device from trying to send files via Bluetooth to my laptop running on windows 7?

There might be other ways but this method will surely work. Assuming that you've added that "certain" device to the Allowed List on your PC bluetooth;

Open Device Manager and expand Network Adaptors.
Right click on the Bluetooth driver and click Uninstall.
Once the bluetooth device is uninstalled, restart your computer and the driver will be reinstalled automatically.

This way, all the paired bluetooth devices will be removed from the list.
