How to change Colors in Windows 7 Basic theme?

How to change Colors in Windows 7 Basic theme?
Does anyone know how to do?

Because I often use one older program and that program is not compatible with Aero so it always changes to Basic theme automatically but that Basic Theme has really ugly bluish color which I can't stand.

If you are talking about the title bar, you have to modify aero.msstyles(it cannot be done with modifying registry becuase it is hardcoded) with resource hacker, msstyleseditor, etc and export the titlebar image, change the color tone with an image editor, and replace with it, save the msstyles file and overwrite the original aero.msstyles. Please note that you have to patch uxtheme.dll to success
