how to change windows 7 64 bit os to 32 bit

I am Andy Hayes from Oregon Treasury, I am Creative designer in company ,I am lining some trouble in my PC, I think it created because of 64 bit window 7.Can anyone help me ,Am I right? And tell me how to change windows 7 64 bit os to 32 bit?

Hello Andy, and welcome to Seven Forums.

The only way to change from 64-bit to 32-bit Windows is to do a clean install of Windows with 32-bit installation media. You will be able to activate with your same product key.
