Solved How to check my PC system properties?

I know one, From " My Computer>System Properties" But I can't find all my pc specs there, Can someone tell me the easy and the right way to find my pc specs properly?

Alright, Thanks I'll try that tomorrow since it's 2:10 a.m here, and btw do you know any PC Optimizer that Optimize my PC Speed and Startup? it will so much appreciated if someone will tell/help me

Please don't get one of those Optimizer programs. They are nothing but junk and cause more problems than they are worth.
Their are some things that can be use. I use some of them that I like. Read through them carefully. Pay attention to
#7 & 8.
