Hello and welcome ritesh mate download thsi Speccy - Standard install and run the program and when it is up and running got to the readout and click on Storage - see pic

Ok mate Addram means that is the number of times the machine has been started up from a shut down hence the number of times the hard drive has been switched on. Now that can be a fresh boot (cold start and/or a reboot.

Yes mate as Addram said that is the total time the machine has actually been powered up - hours running (if that was seen as a continuous time frame) time.
The other figure is just the number of times the drive has been started and those power up to shutdown could be anything from 1- 24 hours you will know roughly how long you keep it running, add those times up and it represents in total hours those individual running times added together.
Example
#1 Powered on for 2 hours then shut off = 2 hours running time.
#2 Then powered on next time might be 4 hours = #1 + #2 = 6 hours running time
#3 Powered on again for 3 hours = #1+#2+#3 = 9 hours running time
So the time that you kept it running must be quite short individual running times if the total was 32.3 days all up. Unless I am doing my maths wrong or am now totally confused because 32.3 days = 775.2 hours divided by say 6 hours per day = 129.2 start ups (power ons).
