How to close firewall it keeps opening itself?

I wanted firewall to close completely so this software can do something......but for some reason it keeps opening back itself.

I closed it like this
Turn Windows Firewall on or off - Windows Help

Can i ask what Software you are trying to use.

As we could put an exemption in place.

Thanks for posting your question.

Windows has it's own built-in Firewall, which you shouldn't need to disable, unless it's for troubleshooting steps.

Please also answer the previous question asked as that would help.
