How to completely remove Win7's Home Premium (32bits) Service Pack1?
Hello fellows,
My system is in bad shape and I need to do a non-destructive, no reformat of my Win7 Home Premium 32bits.
How do I completely remove the Service Pack1, a step required for the success of this non-destructive operation,
Later on, an update will restore the Service Pack.
Any good help is welcome.
Regards,
Flores

Hello SIW2,
I purchased my DELL laptop with the Win7 Home Premium (32bits) edition already installed, but without the SP1 that was latter added on a Windows Upgrade.
The beauty of this non destructive, no reformat re-install procedure is that you don't loose any of your installed software and created documents, except that all the system files are fully repaired.
My problem now is that I have to completely remove Service Pack 1 as my original Win7 DVD came without this Service Pack.
This I don't know how to do, as this SP1 doesn't even shows up on Control Panel remove programs.
If you are interested on this procedure, look the Internet for Fred Langa's article (it contains these words-"non-destructive re-install"), if still available
Thanks for your help.

Is it possible to slipstream that DVD with SP1 and try doing whatever you are doing with the new DVD?
Just a thought.
