How to configure Arabic-English keyboard

I have just bought a Dell KB522 Arabic-English keyboard, but don't know how to configure it for my HP510 laptop running Windows 7. When I first plugged it into a USB port, my laptop sought and found the driver for the keyboard, but i can't find a way to get the Arabic letters on the multifunction key. Also some of the shift keys are wrong, for example, shift 2 gives " instead of @ as displayed on the keyboard.

Any help or advice as to where to find the relevant informatikon would be most appreciated.

Normally a dedicated keyboard comes with a software to the Fn keys.

You can add a keyboard layout running Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Region and Language - Keyboards and languages - change keyboards - add

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, my keyboard came with no instructions or software. Windows 7 found the driver, but it was the wrong one (probably US instead of UK). I need Saudi Arabia, but there are several versions, and I don't know which to choose. More importantly, how do I get the keyboard to type Arabic? I've tried all the combinations of shift-alt, etc but without success.i think the problem is that I wasn't sent any instructions, and am considering returning the key board.

Arabic you might want French as the base language/secondary input. Is that a clue?
