DVD Shrink is another app that may or may not be of use. You still haven't said what type of disc it is you are trying to copy. Until you do, we're grasping at straws here. Im not saying that to sound mean. If it is a movie DVD, for example, and has copy protection, there are extra steps involved. If it is a data disc or something that's protection free, then you use BurnAware or something similar, and just make a copy using that option in the software.
