How can I copy sparse files from one NTFS partition to another NTFS partition (and allocating only the small necessary portion of disk space)?
When I currently copy such sparse files with e.g. a official full size of 1 GB (and only a currently used/filled size of 5 MB) then Windows does not keep attention to the "sparse" flag and blow the file up to the full size of 1 GB on disk on the target partition.
Is there a way to keep sparse files as sparse during copy operation?
Maybe a third party file can do this?
