How to delete invalid icons in Other Programs in the Open with dialog?

I noticed there is an invalid icon left behind from Windows Photo Gallery Viewer a program I uninstalled I was wondering how to clean or reset the other programs list in the Open With dialog box.

There are two ways of clearing up the Right-mouse Context Menu Open with list. You can do this either via a downloadable program, or by a registry edit.

I wanted the Nirsoft tool too, but it doesn't say it's compatible with Win7. Yet under Versions History, it says "Fixed icons in 7."
