Icons in the Open Dialog boxes have changed

Hi

Recently the size of the icons in the Open Dialog boxes have changed. How can I make a global change to so these icons are always shown in List View

The Icons in Explore also changes to larger icons I think I fixed them by doing this in Explore

Tools >> Folder Options >> View

1. Always Show Icons never thumbnails.
2. Apply to Folder

I was really hoping not to do that. Surly there is a more less intrusive way to control your dialog box icons.
