How can I block/disable internet access for a Win7 laptop without losing my LAN connectivity (and without being able to do it on my router because my ISP won't give me access to it and insists I do it with a crappy mobile app that crashes more often than WinMe).
I got a small Win7 laptop on a KVM which I use for my older videogames. I have a folder on it shared to move stuff from my main Win11 PC to it, so I need to have LAN access to it. Problem is, the AV on the laptop (shitty AVG) is quite the resource hog, and I'd like to get rid of it, but I am afraid of doing so while still connected to internet for it could make it a vulnerable entrance to my network.
So, is there some way for me to disable the Internet without disabling the LAN on this Win7 laptop? Thanks in advance.
