How to disable mouse ove window activation

May be I have tweaked it by some program.
The problem is when i move mouse over anyone of several windows opened, it is activated and moved on top of other window
I would like to disable activation of window by moving the mouse over it
I would like to activate window by clicking.

This option can be found in: Control Panel/Ease of Access/Make the mouse easier to use

Uncheck the box that says "Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse"
