Solved How to disable auto move-to-edge?

Can anyone tell me how to disable the feature that automatically moves a window the last few millimeters to the edge of the screen?
To be clear, I am NOT talking about Aero Snap, I just mean when moving a window, it "assists" you by moving it the last little bit when close to an edge.
I wish to stop this and have windows only go exactly where they are put.
I am not using aero, my theme is set to Windows Classic.
I have searched for several days and can't find an answer, just endless stuff about disabling aero snap, which I have already done.

See if Unchecking Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edged of the screen helps.

I already have done, that's just for turning off Aero Snap. This is NOT about Aero Snap.

I just switched to Windows Classic theme, and I'm not seeing the behavior you describe.
Here are my Visual Effects settings in Windows Classic, you can compare yours and see if some setting makes a difference.

Fixed it, sorry, turns out it was a feature in DisplayFusion which I am using to get different desktops to each monitor, thanks for your help, will mark this as solved.
