How to Drag & position a window down/below the taskbar?

I can do this in vista, but when moving a folder or picture window & trying to keep it down below the taskbar it wont go below. I don't know what settings exactly to allow this if any.

Hi, have you un ticked "lock the taskbar"? This should work after you do that.

Hi not sure why you'd want to do that but if you press the F11 key you can enter or exit full screen mode :/

Hi no problem let us know how it works out,
Most of the time Apply and or Save... are listed at the bottom of pages so a page that goes behind the taskbar would usually block those options from your view is why it's not a good thing to do = just to explain my prior post a bit more.

F11 gets rid of top headers and the taskbar from open windows but these items can always be called back in by moving the mouse to eithr one of them temporarily or you can also use the WinKey or Alt key on your keyboard as well
