If the same application is open in several windows, and one of the windows is selected, I can float the mouse pointer over the application's Task Bar button to pop up a list of the application's windows.

One of the Windows 7 computers I use has an additional useful feature. If one of the application's windows is selected, the corresponding entry in the popup list is highlighted (there's a box around it).

Does anyone know what UI control enables this feature? I'd like to use it on all of my Windows 7 machines, but I don't know how to turn it on.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't think that's it.

I'm not asking about a peek at a window that I point to, but a highlight on the the window that is selected, i.e. on top. Also, this has nothing to do with Aero, which I don't use.
