How to find Catalyst Control Center manually?

There is actually a known problem where you install CCC and it doesn't run right.
You may want to look at this and see if you have the policy mentioned showing up. If it does you'll probably need to follow the other instructions there to get it to properly install for you.
There's actually two ways to try and go about this, I'll leave them both for you.
