I think that section 6 under the forum rules apply to this topic. Although hacking or bypassing Windows login and password is quite easy.. If you know how. I do. But that information is privileged and not available on this forum. Call me greedy..:p

Windows 7 Help Forums Rules
6) No discussions of hacking someones system, network, password, etc.

Looks like you need to do some searching around. This is one of the most dreaded things that can happen, IMO. I only had it one time, and it was on Linux, where it was fairly easy to figure it out. It will probably involve some command line work. In Linux I had to do something called "logging in as chroot." I don't know if this applies to Windows or not. Good Luck!

There is some CMD and some file manipulation involved in getting in through Windows backdoor. It takes maybe 5 to 7 minutes to accomplish when you know how its done.

Since this thread hasn't been locked yet, and I don't know if I can post this or not. But here you go. Burn with ImgBurn portable, boot it and go. Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor

Problem elevated.

If you want a full suite of tools, then check out this: Download – Hiren's BootCD PE

Burn to DVD or on a blank USB drive with enough storage. In Hiren's Boot CD is the NT password reset tool.

The NT password reset tool will not tell you the password, only rest it so that you can get back in and create a new password.

Man I haven't use the hiren's bootcd.... Well maybe 2006! I read your post and dug in my extensive collection of software and found that old disk. Thank for the reminder. I'm downloading the latest vision. And a reminder to anyone downloading the "Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor" READ THE WARNING!

DANGER WILL ROBINSON!
If password is reset on users that have EFS encrypted files, and the system is XP or newer, all encrypted files for that user will be UNREADABLE! and cannot be recovered unless you remember the old password again
