How to fit dreamscene videos onto desktop?

I found the program that converts videos perfectly, but i converted 1280x720 while my desktop is 1280x800.

I find that the videos don't fit themselves on the desktop but instead expand the video so the black bars on the top and bottom are gone.

How do I fit the video on my desktop so that no matter what size it is, it will be compressed into 1280x800?

ziincheng if you have the video I can make it the right size for you it will be stretched if you give me the 720 version or if you have the original I can make it work for you

@tbone1321, I just downloaded videos off youtube, if u could show me the site or program you use to add black bars to the top and bottom that would be great, thanks

well I use After Effects and I would just put your video onto a black background and resize
