After having this computer for a while i noticed it freezes and i need to hard reset it, but after some assistance it was identified as a deadlock which could be a driver or a hardware issue.

My current specs are:

ASUS P8Z77 V-LX
Intel i5 3570k
HyperBlue Memory 4gb(Was corsair vengaeance 16gb)
ASUS Xonar DG
Hitachi 1TB
Western Digital 1TB
MSI GTX 660 ti

I reinstalled the OS a couple of times but to no avail it still did the crash or deadlock.
Though i haven't tried waiting it out until it comes back or not.

Do you get any form of BSOD? Deadlocks are caused by device drivers, since it's when two threads both lock each others resources, which they require to progress any further.

I didn't get any BSOD but the whole computer just freezes, no mouse movement, no CTRL-ALT-DEL.

Okay, I would run Driver Verifier, which has a Deadlock detection option -

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

Update your System Specifications with Speccy, and then copy this information into your System Specifications: Go to your UserCP, and then select Edit System Spec in the left pane. Copy the information from Speccy into the required fields. These System Specifications will then follow your every post.
