How to forbid an administrator to delete another admin account?

Hello everybody... I'm in trouble. I have a laptop that I share with my brother and I want to make him administrator as me. So, we have 2 accounts as administrator and both the same privilages. What I want is to make him not possible to delete mine or to remove me as administrator or to change my password. How can I do it?
I just want to block this "featuare". Nothing else. Just to prevent problems you know...
I have windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Thanks for your help

The only way would be to make their account to be a standard user type instead.

Noway for doing this? What about editing Administrator rules or making a new type of account?

Wouldn't do any good. As long as that account is a member of the "Administrators" group, it will be able to do anything. Including undoing any setting you make to prevent it from doing something.

The only way is for that account to be a member of only the "Standard User" group.

Yes but he would have problems installing programs et cetera... so another solutions?
