Solved how to get a copy of win 7 SP 1

As the title suggest i am looking for a copy of or download of SP1 for win7, the only reason i ask is that i am fed up with the hours of waiting:sarc: when i do a fresh install, i have retail and oem discs of win7 would just like SP1
