How to get Windows 10 icons on Windows 7?

Welcome! I am new as well my friend

If you are simply talking about icons as in images for folders, desktop quick links, etc., then you can definitely find them online
.
Changing icons:
1. Right click the icon you wish to change and select properties.
2. It should automatically bring up the Shortcut menu, but if not select it and click change icon.
3. Click browse to find the desired icon, and voilà! You can now enjoy your application's new look!
*NOTE* regular images will not work, they have to be actual icons.
(My Firefox icon happens to be sporting Ben Kenobi at the moment
)
