Solved how to go about making a custom shell theme for windows 7?

is there any programs that do it?

I heard of one for Vista cannot remember the exact name but i'd like to be able to have a go at making my own theme, I can change the bootlogo and the login screen, I have a few custom shell themes on my pc but I really want to be able make my own,

Programs/tutorial/advice please ?

Program: Ave's Windows7 Style Builder about $22.00 US.
Tutorial: after buying WSB you can join there forum for tutorial and maps.
