how to install windows os in laptop without cd drive & USB port ?

I have compaq laptop presario c700. my problem is i want to install windows 7 or 8 os in it. but CD drive is not working in my laptop. and also my USB ports are short circuited so i dont have Usb ports too.but when i insert usb in laptop and while i boot usb name shows in bios. i think i am getting only power in usb ports.

now i want to install os .. can any one help me in installing os in t. it is very urgent .

Does it have an SD card slot in it anywhere.

If you can`t use either of those 3 methods, you are out of luck. Replace the dvd drive and motherboard.

Have you even tried to install from usb ?

Hi there,

I really do not think you can install it in any other way except the one @AddRAM has suggested.
Although you can copy the installation file over a network onto the machine and then use special programs found online to run the installation, However the chances of it working are extremely low....

As @AddRAM has suggested change your optical drive....
