Solved Install windows os in multi system with default configuraion

Hello firends. i need help

I am in company with 200-300 nod in network. some time my computer have problem it need change windows os

How i can fast install fresh windows os with some default software pre-installed after windows setup completed. i talk about customize windows os

also some software is for company and need install in some pc

i want when a system come for repair windows do it fast with pre-install software and configuration
