how to invert number keys??????

Hello,
I wanted to invert the number row keys so i dont need to press shift for printing symbols.
Numbers can be typed easily from the numpad but some symbols like $_()&* are frequently used in programming, so if i could invert the keys it would be easier to type

Whilst you can remap keys so that pressing one key acts as though another has been pressed (e.g. swapping a pair of keys around, i.e a with z and z with a etc), I don't think that it is possible to swap an individual key with its shifted equivalent (i.e. 1 with ! etc).
