How to know if your CD/DVD is Dual-Layer compatible

My drive is this: Tsstcorp cddvdw ts-l633b ata device

I have no idea if it is able to burn dual-layer discs. How can I find out if it is able to? I have googled it without any results.

I think I got my answer and that is that is able to burn dual layer. It says 'green' on
-R DL and +R DL. Both burn and read so I guess that is it.
